Our camps run for a total of 5 weeks. In these 5 weeks our trainers will push you to your limits with full body strength and cardio work outs. Each week we design a new routine to hit every part of your body at high intervals to get the maximum burns.

Information and Sign Up:Each boot camp session consists of 5 weeks starting from 6pm to 7pm (depending on location). We are now offering 3 classes a week, see camp locations for more details.If you miss one of your scheduled boot camp days, you may only make up those days within the scheduled 5 week session that you signed up for. There are no “carry overs” into other boot camp sessions and you cannot “share” your scheduled boot camp days with another person.Please remember to wear comfortable clothes and appropriate shoes. We recommend that you bring bottle water, towel, exercise mat, and dumbbells (5-10 lbs for women and 10-15 lbs for men)
